1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or placing an order through LuxeKraft (accessible at https://luxekraft.shop and our official WhatsApp channels), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Each LuxeKraft mobile cover, waist judo, sling chain, and celebratory jewellery set is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans.
• Handmade Character: Because every piece is custom-made, minor variations in bead arrangement, charm positioning, resin layering, or metal finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted art, not manufacturing defects.
• Color Representation: We make every effort to display true product colors in our photos and videos. However, display calibration across phone and computer screens may introduce slight tone variations compared to the physical item.
3. Customer Phone Model Responsibility
Custom phone cases are precisely engineered around specific smartphone camera cutouts, button placements, and chassis dimensions.
Important: Customers are solely responsible for providing their exact smartphone model (e.g. distinguishing between iPhone 14, 14 Plus, 14 Pro, or 14 Pro Max; or 4G vs 5G editions of Android models). If an incorrect model is submitted by the customer, LuxeKraft cannot provide a free replacement once crafting is completed.
4. Pricing & Strict Prepaid Order Policy
Catalog Pricing: Displayed prices (such as “Starting from ₹999”) represent base catalog starting points. Final quoted prices vary according to phone size, combo selections (e.g. with waist judo, sling chains, coins), and bespoke customization requests confirmed via WhatsApp.
Prepaid Only: Because our goods are created to order specifically for your personal device, Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly unavailable.
Payment Modes: Orders are accepted only after verified advance payment via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, or authorized payment links.
5. Shipping & Delivery Across India
Free Delivery Across India: Standard surface/air courier delivery is included across India with every prepaid order.
Handcrafting Time: Custom orders generally require 2 to 5 business days for assembly, setting, quality checking, and protective packaging before courier handover.
Courier Transit: Estimated delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days following dispatch, depending on destination pincode and regional courier serviceability.
Tracking: Tracking IDs and courier links are shared with customers via WhatsApp once the package is picked up.
6. Cancellation, Returns & Replacement Policy
A. Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order and completing payment. Once crafting has begun or materials have been customized for your phone model, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
B. Personalized Goods Exemption
In accordance with Indian e-commerce standards and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, customized and made-to-order goods are exempt from general “change of mind” returns and cash refunds.
C. Transit Damage & Defect Replacement (Mandatory Unboxing Video)
We inspect every item thoroughly before boxing. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged in transit:
You must record a continuous, uncut 360-degree unboxing video starting from showing the sealed outer courier parcel label to inspecting the product inside.
The unboxing video must be submitted to our WhatsApp support within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
Upon verification of valid transit damage or fitting defect attributable to LuxeKraft, we will ship a complimentary replacement at no extra charge.
Keep away from direct perfumes, sanitizers, harsh chemicals, and water submersion.
Avoid violent pulling on hanging charms, judo rings, or decorative chains.
LuxeKraft is not liable for device damage resulting from phone drops, accidents, or improper handling. Our covers provide aesthetic customization and decorative enhancement.
8. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights
All photography, original product designs, logos, graphics, website software, and catalog presentations displayed on luxekraft.shop are the proprietary intellectual property of LuxeKraft. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or scraping is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
